KNN77 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to knn77. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and knn77 ("Platform", "we", or "knn77"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the knn77 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services we offer.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the knn77 platform in any manner whatsoever, you expressly and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document and any related documents referenced herein.

Knn77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be provided via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use the knn77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme from gambling in Malaysia or any relevant jurisdiction.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have never had an account closed or suspended by knn77 previously.

Knn77 reserves the right to reject any registration application from any individual for reasons we deem reasonable, including where we suspect fraud, circumvention of restrictions, or other unlawful activity.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at knn77. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The information required includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number
• An active email address that belongs to you
• Actual date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your knn77 account username and password confidential. knn77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Knn77 offers a range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players. All financial transactions on the knn77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).

All deposits must be made from an account or eWallet registered in your own name. knn77 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a source not belonging to you, knn77 reserves the right to return the funds and freeze the account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Knn77 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• Your account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• No active bets or bonuses currently undergoing rollover.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method, or a method that has been registered and verified.

Knn77 processes withdrawal requests to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes for amounts below RM10,000. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX take 30 minutes to 2 hours subject to bank operating hours.

For withdrawals exceeding RM10,000, knn77 may require additional verification, including a copy of your identification card and proof of bank account ownership. This process may take up to 24 business hours.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Knn77 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the promotion is launched.

General terms applicable to all knn77 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each member is entitled to each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x (ten times) the total bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bets placed on different games may contribute varying percentages toward the rollover requirement.
• Slots generally contribute 100% towards rollover, while table games and live baccarat may contribute only 10%–20%.
• Knn77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of promotion abuse.

Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets, and using automated software to play.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games at knn77 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo, and more — operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.

In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure, or server error while a game is in progress:

• If a round has not been completed: the bet will be returned to your account balance.
• If a round has been completed but the result was not saved: the outcome recorded in our server logs will serve as the final result.
• Knn77 is not liable for any disruptions caused by the user's own internet connection.

Knn77 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through unfair means, technical fraud, or exploitation of system bugs. knn77's decision in such matters is final and binding.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Knn77's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UCL, La Liga), badminton (BWF), cricket, esports, and more. Sports Betting is subject to the following additional rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted by the knn77 system.
• Knn77 reserves the right to decline, void, or reduce any bet for reasonable grounds, including odds errors, market limits, or unusual activity.
• Odds displayed on the knn77 platform reflect the current odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Any odds movement after confirmation will not affect your bet.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or left incomplete: all bets will be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.
• For football matches, bets typically cover 90 minutes of play only (including injury time) unless otherwise stated.

Knn77 uses data from trusted third-party sports data providers to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any discrepancy between the provider's data and other sources, knn77's official provider data shall prevail.

9. Prohibited Activities & Conduct

By using the knn77 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate games, systems, or outcomes through technical means or collusion with other players.
• Money laundering: Using the knn77 platform to process proceeds from illegal activities or for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account to unfairly benefit from bonuses or promotions.
• Account selling: Selling, transferring, or leasing your knn77 account to a third party.
• Use of bots/software: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to play or access the knn77 platform.
• Opposing bets (arbitrage): Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets to secure risk-free profits.
• Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse that goes against the spirit of knn77's bonus offerings.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and a report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

10. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your knn77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.

Knn77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that you are under 18 years of age
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent or related to money laundering
• Requests from legal authorities
• Use of false information during registration

In the event of account closure due to a violation, knn77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account where the violation involves fraud or abuse of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, knn77 and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the knn77 platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Game outcomes that do not go in your favour — this is an inherent risk of gambling
• Payment delays caused by third parties (banks, eWallet providers)

12. Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Knn77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to members via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the knn77 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any further action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
